Currently CourtList Marketing obtains the names and addresses of individuals who have received tickets/summons for various types of motor vehicle violations and who may have upcoming Court Hearings. These are individuals who may have an immediate need for the services of an attorney. They are most likely to welcome the receipt of an advertisement from an attorney offering their services. Even those individuals who have minor offenses or who otherwise may not require the services of an attorney may welcome the receipt of an advertisement for future reference and/or other legal concerns. As such there is a value for each name and address obtained. An Attorney/Law Firm will be in position to increase exposure and add to their holiday newsletter or other promotional material mailing lists.

Presently, CourtList Marketing obtains the data from Municipal Courts throughout the entire State of New Jersey. CourtList Marketing is Opinion 29 compliant, providing names, addresses, nature of violation and identity of court, directly from government records without alteration or modification. The names provided will be of those individuals who have incurred recent moving violations within approximately the past three (3) days, where the violation carries with it at least DMV and/or insurance points or other substantial consequences.

CourtList Marketing is currently expanding its services to include the provision of the names and addresses of defendants who have been indicted of serious crimes, as recently as in the past fourteen (14) days. This data is currently compiled from counties within New Jersey, and is provided once weekly. Data is provided weekly and includes names, addresses, nature of charges and court identity.

A daily list is obtained from 544 NJ Municipal Courts of the names and addresses of individuals issued a serious ticket. We now deliver listings issued within the last 24 hours.

Since the nature of this information is time-sensitive, the material is delivered daily to our customers, but the charges for this data are processed against the customer's credit card, once weekly. Customers agree to maintain current credit card information on file with CourtList Marketing and to have sufficient credit limit to handle these charges.
