First you select a CourtList Product. You then select the geographic market you want to target. This varies based on our products from Indictables where the breakdown is by county to Municipal where you can select the individual municipalities you want to target.

You will need to develop your targeted mailer and setup this document up as a mail merge letter. CourtList can supply sample letters and our customer service staff will assist you in developing your mailer. Our service allows you to fully comply with the Ethics Committee Guidelines, and while drafting your letter we will aid you to insure full compliance.

Each day (Monday through Friday) a file is emailed to each of our members for their use as part of their targeted marketing program. The file contains the informational data requested by our member, based on their practice and geographical needs. The file is a comma-delimited and will work in most mail merge programs, such as Microsoft Word.

The member simply merges the file with their letter template, prints the letters, mails them out, and waits for the phone to ring!!
